Every visit starts with a callout that covers the drive and the first proper look. After that, a job is either a fixed price or charged by the hour.
Within about six miles of Earith. Covers the drive and working out what is wrong.
More than about six miles from Earith, still within the area I cover.
For repairs and anything that is not a fixed price. Minimum one hour, then charged by the half hour.
New router in, Wi-Fi tuned for the whole house, every device reconnected, dead corners dealt with.
A new laptop, desktop, tablet or phone ready to use, with your accounts, email and files brought across.
Smaller problems sorted over the phone and a secure screen-share, with no callout. One issue per session.
Recovering photos and files, then setting up a backup so it cannot be lost again. Priced once I have seen it.
Speakers, doorbells, cameras, heating, and lighting, set up and working together.
A yearly once-over: updates, security and backups checked, clutter cleared, a short plain-English note of what I found.
A single, considered page, built the same way as the ones on the Websites page. Bigger builds — more pages, online booking, a shop — are quoted once I know what you need.
For older and vulnerable residents: take 15% off any price above. Just mention it when you book, no questions asked.
Parts — a replacement router, a cable — are charged at what they cost me, and always agreed first. Payment by bank transfer or cash once the work is done.
Not sure which one you need?
You do not need the right name for it. Describe what is happening on the booking form and I will tell you what is involved and roughly what it will cost.
